The platform serves as a technology intermediary connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers. InstaMed Corp does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals.

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Maintain and promptly update your account information

Maintain the security of your password and account credentials

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.

Healthcare providers using InstaMedico must:

Hold valid and current professional licenses in their respective jurisdictions

Comply with all applicable medical laws, regulations, and professional standards

Maintain appropriate malpractice insurance coverage

Provide accurate credentials and qualifications during onboarding

Exercise independent professional judgment in all clinical decisions

InstaMed Corp does not interfere with or override clinical decisions made by licensed providers.

Patients using InstaMedico acknowledge and agree that:

The platform facilitates access to healthcare services but is not a substitute for emergency medical care

You should call emergency services for any medical emergency

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information

Telemedicine consultations have inherent limitations compared to in-person visits

Treatment outcomes are not guaranteed

Certain services on InstaMedico require payment. By using paid services, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase

Provide valid payment information

Authorize us to charge your payment method for services rendered

Refund policies are subject to the specific terms of each service and applicable consumer protection laws. Consultation fees are determined by individual healthcare providers.

The InstaMedico platform, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by InstaMed Corp and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our express written permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

InstaMed Corp is a technology platform provider and is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of medical services provided by healthcare professionals through the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. InstaMed Corp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, although we strive to maintain the highest standards of reliability and security.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Taguig City, Philippines.
